Shawn was great to work with! After he installed my countertop and sink there was a problem with hooking up the plumbing because my vanity has drawers in the middle. After my plumber explained this to Shawn he called me and offered to cut a different countertop and put a bigger sink in which would solve the problem! FAQ

Which to choose Granite or Quartz?
Granite is a natural product mined straight from the earth its diamond like hardness makes it virtually
impervious to abrasions stains+heat. It can also be resurfaced years down the road and will look brand
new it requires a sealer to be wiped on every 1-3 years. You can buy sealer at menards, home
depot or lowes or contact us and we will happily send you a bottle.

Quartz in short terms is crushed up granite made into a solid piece with a resin (glue) for a more stable
product without natural imperfections it is also almost impossible to scratch or stain but doesn't take
heat to well because of the resin (glue) but it does not require any maintenance at all.
Do you do bathroom remodels?
Yes, we offer florim stone which is a porcelain just like tile it is 1/2in thick and we install it floor to
ceiling with almost no seams and no pesky grout lines to clean
Do you offer warranty on your counter tops?
Hanstone quartz has a limited lifetime warranty on all their products to register your product simply go
to https://hanstone.ca/en/ and fill out the form.

Viatera quartz has a 15 year residential warranty simply contact to warranty@lxhausy.com and fill out their form.
Are your countertops easy to clean?
Yes, quartz countertops are generally only need mild soap and water to clean for tougher stains, check out our Hanstone
quartz after care manual.

Yes, Granite countertops are easy to cleaning. Mild soap and water is generally all it needs for any other stains check out our
granite maintenance sheet.
What is the remodeling process?
We will set up a date to come out and go over your project design and get a feel for what you want your
dream countertops to look like, we will grab rough measurements then we will setup an appointment
for you to come out to our shop to pick out your exact colors. Once we have an install date we will
remove your old countertops grab precise measurements and in 2-3 days be back with your brand new
countertops.
